English Camp (22nd and 23rd Dec, 2005)
A two-day English Camp was conducted on 22nd and 23rd Dec, 2005.The camp was co-organized with Dramatic English (À¸¼@^»y) and 20 junior form students had taken part in it.The objective of the camp was to let students use English meaningfully through a series of challenging and entertaining activities based on theatrical and film actor training techniques. A questionnaire was distributed to each student at the end of the camp. It was found that the majority enjoyed the camp very much and thought it benefited them in terms of their language proficiency and confidence to use the language. They were able to understand the tutors and were actively involved. They found this opportunity very useful and would like to join it next time.
